The EARP provides the relevant reporting forms to be used on-line or off-line in order to discharge reporting obligations. It allows organisations and individuals to report to the Agency with a common and simple interface.

Web-Portal der Europäischen Kommission unter «www.aviationreporting.eu» zur Berichterstattung, Analyse und Weiterverfolgung von Ereignissen in der Zivilluftfahrt. Es gilt für alle europäischen Luftfahrtorganisationen, Fachleute, Mitgliedstaaten und die Agentur.
Das EARP stellt die entsprechenden Meldeformulare zur Verfügung, die online oder offline verwendet werden können, um den Meldepflichten nachzukommen. Es ermöglicht es Organisationen und Einzelpersonen, der Agentur über eine gemeinsame und einfache Schnittstelle Bericht zu erstatten.
