End User (in the sense of MMEL)
An operator or training organisation having a Minimum Equipment List (MEL) based on the Master Minimum Equipment List (MMEL) approved by the Agency.
Endnutzer (im Sinne von MMEL)
Ein Luftfahrtunternehmen oder eine Schulungsorganisation mit einer Mindestausrüstungsliste (MEL), die auf der von der Agentur genehmigten Master-Mindestausrüstungsliste (MMEL) basiert.
