Substantial Change / not Substantial Change (of a Product)
Iaw GM 21.A.101 substantial change shall mean
- a product level design change which is so extensive that a substantially complete investigation of compliance with the applicable requirements is required, and
- consequently a new type-certificate iaw 21.A.19.
Substantielle Änderung/nicht substantielle Änderung (eines Produkts)
In Übereinstimmung mit GM 21.A.101 bedeutet substantielle Änderung
- eine Designänderung auf Produktebene, die so umfangreich ist, dass eine im Wesentlichen vollständige Untersuchung der Übereinstimmung mit den geltenden Anforderungen erforderlich ist, und
- folglich eine neue Musterzulassung gemäss 21.A.19.
