Iaw 21.A.41 and 21.B.103 an official document issued by the Agency after the new developed aircraft (resp. engine, propeller) has demonstrated compliance with its TC-Basis, Environmental Protection Requirements (EPR) and OSD CB.
The (Product) TC and rTC shall include:
- type design,
- the operating limitations,
- the type certificate data sheet (TCDS) or restricted type certificate data sheet (rTCDS) for airworthiness and emissions,
- the applicable TC-Basis and ERP with which the Agency records compliance,
- any other conditions or limitations prescribed for the product in the applicable CS and ERP.
The aircraft TC and rTC shall include in addition:
- the applicable OSD-CB,
- the OSD,
- the TCDS for noise.
The aircraft TCDS and rTCDS shall include the record of CO2 emissions compliance.
The engine TCDS shall include the record of exhaust emissions compliance.

Musterzulassung
In Übereinstimmung mit 21.A.41 und 21.B.103 ein offizielles Dokument, das von der Agentur ausgestellt wird, nachdem das neu entwickelte Luftfahrzeug (bzw. Motor, Propeller) die Übereinstimmung mit seiner Basis der Musterzulassung, den Umweltschutzanforderungen (EPR) und dem OSD CB nachgewiesen hat.
Das (Produkt-)TC und das rTC umfassen:
- Musterbauart,
- die Betriebsgrenzen,
- die Musterzulassungsdaten (TCDS) oder die eingeschränkten Musterzulassungsdaten (rTCDS) für Lufttüchtigkeit und Emissionen,
- die anwendbare Basis der Musterzulassung und die ERP, mit denen die Agentur die Einhaltung der Bestimmungen aufzeichnet,
- alle anderen Bedingungen oder Einschränkungen, die für das Produkt in der anwendbaren CS und ERP vorgeschrieben sind.
Die Luftfahrzeug-TC und -RTC umfassen zusätzlich:
- die anwendbaren OSD-CB,
- die OSD,
- die TCDS für Lärm.
Die TCDS und rTCDS für Luftfahrzeuge enthalten den Nachweis der Einhaltung der CO2-Emissionsvorschriften.
Das TCDS für Triebwerke muss den Nachweis über die Einhaltung der Abgasemissionsvorschriften enthalten.
